sensor, theCVC SelfSetTM microprocessor

will scan and identify the product length

or diameter and label length. The labeling

position, dispensing speed and label

protrusion position are set and

beneficial when changing bottle and label size. Only one pass through of a new container allows

the system to quickly "read" the bottle and set up speeds for all motors. Product labeling speed may

Manual Round or bottle wrap Labeler labeling machine

With just the turn of a handle, labels up to 5” wide can be applied. Products are quickly loaded into the applicator with the unique open design. The top wipe down brush ensures that the labels are fully applied to the product. With a vertical label path that allows the operator to visually inspect the labels prior to application. The open bottle support can be changed from one size to the next in seconds without the use of tools.

The Green Machine semi-automatic wrap labeler

The Green Machine bench top semi-automatic labeler easily dispenses pressure sensitive labels to packages and round containers. The dispenser includes a 90V DC variable speed motor, transformer, label caddy, and foot switch for single cycle operation.

Green Machine Labeler

A Round Container Label Applicator accommodates round containers from 3/4" diameter up to one gallon, depending on caddy size and container body length. A conversion kit is required for containers less than 1 1/4" diameter.
