Automatic or Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper 

Our chuck cappers are designed to handle many bottle types and sizes including P.E.T., P.V.C., plastic, and glass. We use a Kinex capper head to hold torque and minimize cap scuffing.

A conveyer and an operator are required. The operator is required to place caps on the bottles as they pass by on the conveyor. Once the caps are in place, the Semi-Automatic chuck capper will secure them onto the bottles.

The pneumatic capping machines are an excellent combination of power and ergonomic features. They suspend weightlessly from the included stand, use push-to-start technology, and automatically shut off when the cap is tightened to the pre-set torque. The LS™ 100 cap tightener, our least expensive bottle capper, tightens screw and lug caps from 18 mm to 85 mm. This capper offers an external torque dial that makes changing the torque fast and simple with precise results. Other cappers offered by our competitors in this price range have either no torque adjustment, internal torque adjustment which requires tools and is time consuming, or require altering the air pressure to the capper to achieve proper tightness. The LS™100 features excellent torque repeatability that translates into high product quality for the user. It suspends weightlessly from the included Kinex Pneumatic Capper Stand and Capper Balancer.

A 12 foot coil air hose with adaptor for capping machine, stand mounted quick disconnect coupler, 6' limp air hose for hook up to in-house air supply, 1 chuck and 1 chuck insert are also included as standard equipment. The LS™ 100 does not offer the many ergonomic features found with the PS™ Series Pneumatic Cappers.

ES™ Electric Bottle Capper

ES™ Bottle Cappers tighten screw and lug caps from 5 mm to 60 mm. This is an excellent, easy to use cap tightener which produces outstanding torque accuracy on all cap and container types. It is a good choice when torque control is crucial.

They are lightweight, easy to use and include many ergonomic features. These machines feature push-to-start technology, and automatically shut off when the cap is tightened to the pre-set torque. Quickly and easily change torque with external dial. The machines suspend weightlessly from the included stand and feature a direct plug in cord. SA™ Semi-Automatic Bench Top Capping Machine

SA™ Semi-Automatic Bench-Top Capping Machines were designed to eliminate the strain and fatigue associated with hand capping. Extremely ergonomic and comfortable, SA Bench-Top Capping Machines are very easy to use; simply place the bottle to be capped into the V-Block on the base of the machine and depress the foot pedal. This activates the machine to bring the capping motor down onto the cap, tighten the cap to the pre-set torque, then lift the capping motor back to its initial position ready for the next container.

SA™ Capping Machines feature an adjustable automatic-shut-off clutch, which offers excellent torque repeatability. The clutch is easily adjusted by rotating an external dial with your fingers; the torque range is from 6 inch.lbs. - 115 inch.lbs. When the cap reaches the pre-set torque, the clutch signals the motor to shut off, and the machine lifts up off of the cap.

SA™ Semi-Automatic Cappers are air operated. They include an integrated lubricator/filter/regulator to ensure the machine receives clean, well lubricated air at the correct air pressure.
