Neumann Packaging Services is building three station cap tighteners to complement the new and used inline filling machines we manufacture and sell. Neumann Packaging Systems simple drive system allows us to sell these machines at a reasonable price. Price starts at $9,000.
This machine will tighten caps that are hand placed. It will tighten trigger sprayers using a rail to hold the sprayers in the proper position and it is great tightening caps that have been run through an induction sealer.

Portable, the capping machine can be rolled up to a new or existing line and be easily incorporated.
Capper is adjustable and will run a variety of bottles and caps
Independent spindle wheel adjustment
Bottle gripper belts single or double set to hold bottles for capping, they are adjustable
Adjustable height
Stainless Steel frame
Can be upgraded to run automatically, with cap chute, cap feeder and orientator for approved applications.
Spindle wheel clutch available to reduce cap marking and scuffing no air needed to operate.
In plant installation and training available.

The capper will tighten your caps 10mm-85mm, the machines can be modified to run smaller and larger diameter caps.
