Project Scope:

Reconditioned case packing system for round gallons

All of the machine components are in-stock to provide this as a complete turnkey solution. This information provides an overview of our capabilities with regard to the major machine components for case packing.

Reconditioned Combi DPI Case Packer

Major machine features:

	Heavy-duty case lift with 4 points of support
	Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC Controls
	Extend bottle infeed conveyor and retrofit with low friction 15” wide matt top chain
	Lane guides for 4 lanes of product
	New packing grids engineered per product samples
	Easy adjustments for case and bottle setups
	System speed up to 15 cases per minute
	Continuous case infeed conveyor with powered case discharge

System offered reconditioned as follows:

	Reconditioned with replacement or rebuild of any worn mechanical parts.
	Strip down, clean, sand, and paint with “Steelit” 2 part epoxy primer and paint.
	Recondition pneumatic system, clean, rebuild, repair or replace valves and cylinders as needed
	Complete disassembly of case lift, rebuild and reassemble
	Replace all pneumatic air lines.
	Rewire, re-label, and ensure functionality of electrical system and controls, build new schematic
	Test all system components and update as necessary.
	Note: for reshipper cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to assure that flaps are not folded inside or on top of cases presented to case packer causing mis-packs.

Including shipping installation and training within 500 miles of Dayton Ohio.

Included Options

Case Packer Change Part

The above quoted price includes one new bomb-bayu style change part for gallons. Additional custom engineered change parts are available from for multiple patterns and bottle sizes. All change parts are engineered and fabricated new per customer bottle and case samples. Additional change parts include machine setup, runoff testing, color coding, and documentation of all machine adjustments with adjustment reference sheet for quick and easy product changeovers.

Terms of Payment:

Payment is to be made to Neumann Packaging Services LLC

Delivery:

Shipment will be made approximately 6weeks from receipt of Purchase Order, down payment, and receipt of all product samples. .
