1 single head semi-automatic bench top
stainless steel gear pump filling machine is designed and engineered
to accurately run water thin to thick products into
bottles or containers from a few militaries up to a gallon
container.
This machine is a great addition to any company large or small that
needs a simple accurate filling machine to fill orders with no
issues.
The Reliable 1
uses a stainless steel housing gear pump that will draw from a 5
gallon bucket, a large bulk or mixing tank.
Using a pulse based pump filling system this machine counts the
parts of the revolutions of the pump to start and stop it
accurately.
This machine is accurate to .5 a percent of your total fill weight
for most products.
The user friendly operator interface makes it easy to change the
fill count or pump speed to adjust the machine to run one product
or another.
This machine is capable of a simple indexing or drip tray for
additional fees
These units can be made into modular multiple head filling
machine.

This is a Single Head Positive Displacement Gear Pump Filler, or can be fitted with an optional Piston Pump for use from a table, counter top, or other stable surface. This new entry level filler will satisfy your need for a relatively low volume, low cost , user friendly, high quality filling machine.
Equipped with the gear pump, the advantage over a typical piston filler is that you can fill a wider range of container sizes with programmable control of pump gear revolutions. In addition, the unit comes equipped with a variable speed motor, giving you even more control over the output of your filling operation.

Liquid product can be filled from its source, such as a mixing tank or storage reservoir, simply by inserting flexible intake tube directly into product. Liquid product is then drawn into the machine as needed, and pumped into containers to be filled.
