Neumann Packaging Services is now building three station cap tighteners to complement the new and used inline filling machines we manufacture and sell. The machine is similar to a KapsAll, ELF, KISS, or SureKap. Neumann Packaging Systems simple drive system allows us to sell these machines at a reasonable price. Price starts at $9,000

The capper will tighten your caps 5mm-80mm, the machines can be made to run smaller and larger diameter caps.
New cap tightening wheels for quill type cappers or spindle cappers. 4" diameter, 2" hole in middle, 1/2" thick. Interchangeable with most in line cappers. Used on capping machines to tighten caps. Different durometers of rubber available, most common are 50 and 60, price varies with some durometers. Price: $11.00 a piece.
