This automatic single-head vibratory weigh filling machine is set up to fill a variety of spices into different size jars. This type of weigh filling machine fills free-flowing products, food, and granular products into a variety of bottles and can be set up to fill bags. We offer a range of machines that will fill chips and other irregularly shaped products into bags, bottles, boxes, and other containers.

Hanging Scale Single Head Weigh Filler
Semi-Automatic Vibratory Hanging Scale Filler for Dry Products
This semi-automatic vibratory hanging scale filler for dry products is a great first step to take your business from hand scooping to automation. Your bulk product is placed in the supply hopper at the top of the machine. An electromagnetic vibratory feeder moves the product from the supply hopper to the weigh hopper where it is weighed. When the target weight is reached, the controller stops the feeder and the weigh hopper opens automatically or with the foot switch to dump your product into your container.

The Standard Weigh Filler fills one gram to 50 pounds while the bag or container is sitting on the scale. It is adjustable to fill a variety of free-flowing products accurately into bags, boxes, or other containers.

The cascading scale system is designed to fill products such as crackers, chips, and other non-free-flowing or irregularly shaped products. A very accurate and easy-to-use control system monitors the product depth in the lower pan allowing for consistent filling.

Dual Hanging Scale System
Two-Lane Semi-Automatic Weigh Filler — Up to 1,500 Fills/Hour
The Dual Lane Hanging Scale System shares many of the same basic characteristics of the hanging scale filler. A very accurate and easy-to-use controller allows for three different modes of operation. In simultaneous dump, the machine fills both weigh hoppers at the same time, allowing for twice as much product flow. In individual dump, the machine dumps whichever weigh hopper reaches weight first. The system can also be set to weigh two completely different products at different weights to easily mix products into one container.
